- Operate CNC Mill Machines and Manual Mill Machines to fabricate precision parts according to specifications - Set up and adjust machine settings, including tooling and fixtures - Monitor machine operations and make necessary adjustments to ensure quality and efficiency - Perform basic maintenance tasks on machines, such as cleaning and lubricating - Use hand tools to measure, inspect, and assemble finished parts - Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and SolidWorks models - Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area Requirements:
- Previous experience operating CNC Mill Machines and Manual Mill machines in a warehouse or manufacturing environment - Strong understanding of basic math skills for measurements and calculations - Knowledge of tooling and ability to select appropriate tools for specific jobs - Proficiency in using hand tools for measuring, inspecting, and assembling parts - Familiarity with SolidWorks or similar software for reading engineering drawings - Ability to weld or perform other fabrication tasks is a plus - Attention to detail and commitment to quality control standards - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot machine issues - Ability to work independently or as part of a team - Excellent communication skills Note:
