Responsibilities include:
Assisting with the successful leasing of the self-storage facilities Awesome customer service abilities Communicating with customers about bills and statements.
Ability to communicate with customers at our local and remote facilities.
Detailed oriented to manage paperwork for the locations and the tenants.
You should possess strong team orient mentality to be able to divide and conquer on daily tasks in the office.
A self-motivated organized individual is a must.
Excellent communication and strong computer skills are a necessity.
You should be able to follow operational procedures and meet deadlines for task completion.
Some college is a plus.
Position offers:
Great hours, Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm and Saturday 8 am to 12pm.
